FrameLoom for macOS — help, contact, and answers
Email the developer directly:
Replies usually arrive within 2 business days. Please include your macOS version, your FrameLoom version (FrameLoom › About FrameLoom), and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Requirements
FrameLoom requires macOS 26.2 or later on an Apple silicon or Intel Mac. Subject cutouts and on-device translation use Apple system frameworks, and translation may ask macOS to download a language before it can run.
Getting started
- Open FrameLoom. A new project window opens automatically; use File › New for further projects.
- Add your captured app screens to a screen on the canvas and place them in a device frame.
- Add headlines, backgrounds, and shapes, then translate the copy into the storefront languages you need.
- Choose File › Export Screenshots… (⌘E) and pick the App Store sizes to write out.

Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
FrameLoom Pro is billed by Apple. Open App Store › Account Settings › Subscriptions on your Mac, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, to change or cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.
I subscribed, but FrameLoom still shows the paywall.
Choose Restore Purchases on the paywall, and make sure the Mac is signed in to the same Apple Account used for the purchase. If access still does not appear, email the address above and mention the Apple Account region and the approximate purchase date.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot issue App Store refunds directly, but is glad to help sort out the underlying problem.
Export is not producing the size I expect.
Each screen carries its own canvas size. Check the screen's size in the inspector, then confirm the export preset in the export sheet. FrameLoom writes the exact pixel dimensions the App Store expects for the selected device family.
Translation is unavailable or fails.
Translation runs on your Mac through Apple's Translation framework. Translating into a language whose pack is not installed prompts macOS to download it, and translating text into the language it is already written in is not supported.
Where are my projects stored?
FrameLoom is document-based: each project is a .screenstudio file saved wherever you choose, and exports are written to the folder you pick. Nothing is uploaded to the developer.
