Terms of Use
Effective August 4, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of FrameLoom. By downloading or using FrameLoom, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Apple's terms control.
License and permitted use
You receive a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use FrameLoom on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules. You may use FrameLoom to create designs and exported screenshots for personal or commercial projects.
Your content
You keep ownership of images, text, project documents, and exports you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use that content and for ensuring your output complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
Subscriptions
- FrameLoom offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Prices and currencies are shown in the purchase screen and may vary by storefront or region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Premium access remains available until the end of a paid period after cancellation, subject to Apple's policies.
- You can use Restore Purchases in FrameLoom to recover eligible purchases made with the same Apple Account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse FrameLoom, attempt to bypass subscription access controls, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, distribute malicious content, or use it to violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
Availability and changes
FrameLoom may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features that depend on Apple frameworks, operating system capabilities, or third-party purchase services may change or become temporarily unavailable.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameLoom is provided as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from your use of FrameLoom. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for FrameLoom during the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
Your right to use FrameLoom ends if you materially violate these terms. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute obligations survive termination where applicable.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to FrameLoom, its subscriptions, or applicable law. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
