How to export App Store screenshot sizes
A polished screenshot set can still fail a release checklist when one file is the wrong dimension or format. A preset-based export keeps the final mile predictable.
Short answer: select the correct platform preset, review the crop at full size, export PNG or JPEG, and validate every file before uploading.
1. Start from the target size
Do not resize a finished image by eye. Begin with the platform preset so the composition is designed for the final canvas and text remains legible.
2. Use a three-point review
- Dimensions match the selected App Store family.
- Text and device details remain readable.
- No transparent pixels, accidental crop, or low-quality source image remains.
3. Keep the batch organized
Use stable ordering and descriptive filenames. That makes it easy to compare a new release against the previous set and catch a missing locale or device family.
4. Export with confidence
FrameLoom includes App Store size presets and a repeatable batch export workflow, so a single composition can become a complete upload set without guesswork.
